As promised, I wanted to share a new feature we're playing with here on BV Conversations called Threaded. Threaded allows you to follow mini-conversations within a thread. For instance, if someone starts a new thread and members respond, I may want to address a member other than the original poster. Now, I can address them and sort the thread to read responses from one member directly to another. I have illustrated below how this works.



Step One: First, select a forum from the list located at the left



Step 2: Within the forum, select a discussion



Step 3: From the SORT BY drop down menu select 'Threaded'. The page will automatically refresh but wait, there's one more step!


Step 4: Select the button EXPAND ALL. Again, the page will refresh. This time you will be able to see threaded conversations, if they exist.



Step 5: This is how the page should look (again, if there are direct member to member responses). In the image below, you can see my response to devilwearsfubu.



How to Reply Directly to a Member.
Click on the 'Reply' link of the poster to whom you want to respond. In the image below, I am replying directly to DevilWearsFubu
